Jasmine Curtis-Smith has a new hairstyle, and it's one of our favorites on her so far. It's no dramatic chop, but boy does she look amazing with it! If you've been itching for a change but aren't ready to part with your long locks, well, her new look is 100% cop-worthy.
According to her hairstylist Suyen Salazar, the actress really wanted a change from her usual long layers. Hence, she gave Jas a trim that went from this hairstyle...
Suyen describes the look as a medium-length cut with minimal layers that add texture to the hair, plus a long, French-style fringe. "This kind of fringe tapers around the face, giving a nice contour," she tells Preview. Unlike straight bangs that stop abruptly at the sides, it becomes longer towards the side of the face.
As for who will suit this hairstyle best, the hairstylist says, "[This cut] is perfect for girls with high cheekbones, and those who want to hide either a receding hairline or a wide/long forehead. It helps bring the attention to the eyes, and gives a very youthful, sophisticated vibe."
