Heart has been wearing a red lipstick shade called Pure Rouge from her very own Love Marie Color Rich Matte line in an exclusive collaboration with L'Oreal Paris Philippines, which was launched on Monday, June 17.
The bullet is beautifully wrapped in Heart's artwork that she especially painted for the line. Each lippie only costs P399, and the lipstick's formula is impressively creamy. It leaves a matte finish with a bit of shine.
