It's a known fact that Heart Evangelista has mastered doing her own makeup. She was basically her own glam team at the Harper's Bazaar Party at New York Fashion Week and during Paris Fashion Week.
For the Red Cross Red Charity Gala, Heart also did her own makeup and filmed it for everyone to see! She said she's no professional makeup artist, but we'll take any chinita makeup tips from her! Here's everything we learned:
Heart pays attention to her lashes.
When you have hooded or chinita eyes, curling the lashes opens up the peepers. Heart went extra and got herself subtle eyelash extensions. According to her, extensions are perfect for women who are always in a rush because you can get away without putting on eyeshadow and mascara while still looking fab. She got hers from New Lounge.
She never neglects her brows.
Heart prefers to softly fill her brows with an eyebrow pen. Anything too dark or stark will just drown her chinita eyes.
Heart concentrates the pigment close to her lash line.
To enhance her eye shape, she swept an espresso colored eyeshadow on her upper lash line and winged it out. The soft cat-eye served as a smoldering base for her signature eye makeup look.
She knows where to strategically place highlighter.
Highlighter makes any area pop, so Heart applied on her lids, brow bone, cheek bones, and nose bridge. The end result was a glowing, lifted face.
