Catch your guy's eye this summer by playing up your peepers! One easy way of doing so? By using bright eyeliner for a pop of color. Makeup artist Ara Fernando has this tip: "First, line the eyes with a thin layer of black eyeliner to fill in the space in between lashes then use any shade you want." For day, opt for bold colors. Come nighttime, smudge liner with a cotton bud for a soft, smoky effect.
