For those who are jealous of Maine Mendoza's luscious pout, here are a few quick hacks you can try to make your lips appear fuller and younger!

1. Smoothen and moisturize your lips.
Flaky and dry lips look flat and lifeless. Polish your lips with a lip scrub (or a toothbrush) and nourish them with a lip balm. Blot out excess product before you apply your favorite lipstick to keep the color from sliding off.

2. Stick to nudes or MLBBs.
Dark lipsticks tend to shrink the appearance of one's pout, so go for lighter shades instead (try our favorites here). Take note: A lipstick with a moisturizing formula will help your lips appear softer and fuller.

3. Apply foundation on the lips.
Like what we've mentioned earlier, lip colors that are close to your skin tone will make your pucker appear fuller. Blanketing it with foundation will help create the perfect nude lipstick or bring out the true hue of your MLBB lipstick.

4. Never undestimate the power of a lip pencil.
Take a lip pencil in a shade that is closest to your lips' natural color. Trace it along the outline of your mouth, while slightly going beyond the edges. You can blur this out with a brush, or proceed to fill in your whole lip with the pencil. Swipe a creamy lipstick in a similar shade for a moisturized, healthy-looking pout.

5. Contour your lips.
Yes, even the famous face-sculpting trick can benefit your kisser. After you've painted your pout with lipstick, go over the outer edges with a lip pencil that is one or two shades darker than your lipstick.

6. Make them shiny.
If you find the previous tip too complex, you can simply dab a highlighter or lip gloss on the center of your pout.

7. Let it pop.
A cool makeup artist trick for poutier lips is to brush a darker shade of concealer or a light brown eyeshadow underneath the center of the bottom lips—the fullest part. Remember to blend it for it to look natural!
