Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Vicki Belo speaks up about the cost of singer Regine Velasquez’s Monique Lhuillier-designed wedding gown after much controversy, ABS-CBNNews.com reports. Vicki, one of the couple’s ninangs for the upcoming wedding, paid for the gown as a gift for Regine. On The Buzz, she revealed the real price of the gown to dispel rumors that it costs $30,000 (P1.6M). “Ipapakita ko sa inyo ang bill kasi I don’t like what’s been happening,” she is quoted as saying. “It’s only $8,000 (P352,720). Of course, it is not cheap, but it’s very far from the $30,000 na sinasabi nila.”
