After a five-member panel from the World Boxing Organization (WBO) convened to review the video of Manny Pacquiao and Tim Bradley's controversial fight, they came up with a win for Pacquiao via unanimous decision, RingTV.com reports.

Bradley won the welterweight belt via split decision on June 9 with two of three judges scoring 115-113 in his favor and the other for Pacquiao with the same scorecard. But WBO president Paco Valarcel, who was watching the fight at ringside, said the bout "ended in a controversial result" and thus called for an evaluation of the video with "five recognized international judges."

Valarcel told RingTV.com that all five judges ruled in favor of Pacquiao with scores of 117-111, 117-111, 118-110, 116-112, and 115-113. But despite the results of the review, he said that the rules don't allow for a reversal of the judges' decision. "The only thing that we can do is authorize a rematch," he is quoted as saying.

A clause for a November 10 rematch was already stated in the Bradley-Pacquiao contract, but Top Rank CEO Bob Arum has said that the match may not push through. Rappler.com reports that Pacquiao may be gearing up to fight boxer Juan Manuel Marquez for the fourth time instead.
