They've convinced you to try their corned beef or switch to another brand of milk. You've changed mobile providers because they said so. Now, celebrity endorsers are pushing their own presidential candidates for you to vote. Here are the top five most in-demand celebrity endorsers and who they're pitching for the 2010 elections.
Sharon Cuneta – The Megastar endorses many brands across a broad range of product categories, from fast food (McDonald's) to paracetamol syrup (Tempra) to sea transport (SuperFerry). Sharon, who won Best Actress for Mano Po 6: A Mother’s Love, enjoys unmatched credibility. She's switched seamlessly from Selecta ice cream to Nestlé ice cream, Alaska Milk to Nido, and Globe to Smart Telecom. Wife to Sen. Francis Pangilinan, Sharon is campaigning for Noynoy Aquino and Mar Roxas, the candidates of her husband's Liberal Party.

Kris Aquino – An heir to the Aquino legacy, Kris has been helping fund her brother Noynoy's bid. She has contracts with over a dozen brands catering to different markets, from Philip Stein to Goldilocks to 555 Tuna. One of TV's highest paid hosts, with The Buzz and SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon under her belt, Kris is a force in the industry. Her pull was evident in Noynoy's music video, which brought together the country's biggest stars, including Sharon Cuneta--all gratis.
Michael V. – Definitely one of the country's most talented comedians and writers, Michael V., a self-made man, has made his mark with his antics in the gag show Bubble Gang and anchors it with his hosting stint in Bitoy's Showwwtime. He's also one of the most respected people in the industry, recognized for his characters on-cam and his character off-cam. His top endorsements are Mister Donut and Joy dishwashing liquid. For 2010, Michael V. is supporting Manny Villar, with Dolphy and Willie Revillame.

Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera – The current “It” couple are top endorsers individually as well, but the last year has seen them pushing products as a pair. The couple, first seen together in the local remake of Marimar, have endorsed San Miguel Light and San Marino Corned Tuna. Separately, Marian endorses SM, Jag, and Sunsilk, while Dingdong endorses Bench and Clear shampoo. Together, they were part of Noynoy Aquino's music video.

Manny Pacquiao – If Kris Aquino's appeal can reach both low-end and high-end locally, the Pacman can do that—and go international too. Manny, the acknowledged best pound-for-pound boxer, has endorsed a wide array of products, from milk (Magnolia) to beer (San Miguel) to mobile providers (Talk N' Text) to shampoos (Head and Shoulders). But his biggest endorsement is sportswear giant Nike. Manny, who is making a second bid for Congress in 2010, joined Villar's Nacionalista Party in December, endorsing the latter's pro-poor campaign.
