Actor Tom Cruise of Mission: Impossible fame may be experiencing problems in his marriage--he just filed for divorce from his wife, Katie Holmes--but when it comes to his career, he's still flying high. In fact, he just topped Forbes Magazine's list of Hollywood's Highest Paid Actors this year.

According to Forbes.com, Cruise took home $75 million in earnings from May 2011 to May 2012, largely due to the profits he got from Mission: Impossible--Ghost Protocol, which generated $700 million in revenues globally. He also has an upcoming flick called Oblivion.

In comparison, second placers Leonardo DiCaprio and Adam Sandler each earned an estimated $37 million--$38 million less than Cruise. Other top-ranking actors include Dwayne Johnson with $36 million and Ben Stiller with $33 million.

Meanwhile, actors Sacha Baron Cohen, Johnny Depp, and Will Smith each earned $30 million.
Rounding out the list are Mark Wahlberg, Taylor Lautner, and Robert Pattinson.
