Giselle Töngi-Walters, more popularly known as G Töngi, had a burgeoning career as an actress, host, and MTV Asia VJ, and appeared regularly on the covers of various glossies. But in the early 2000s, she left it all behind to pursue a “normal” life in the United States, only visiting the Philippines occasionally to do projects here and there. In 2012, she came back for good with her family in tow--looking better than ever, to boot--and despite her decade-long absence, it was almost as if she never left the country.

While Giselle is busy juggling all her responsibilities, one can’t help but wonder how she manages to stay fit and healthy despite her grueling schedule. Read on for this yummy mommy’s secrets to looking and feeling fab!

SNEAK IN SIMPLE EXERCISES WHEN YOU HAVE THE CHANCE.
“You can do it anywhere. You’re sitting on the bench waiting for something, do a couple of tricep dips. Working out is a matter of really getting your heart pumping and your body going.”

GET A PARTNER.
“Have a partner that you can be accountable to. I have a workout partner, a friend of mine from the States who used to be an MTV VJ, Belinda Panelo. She’s someone who helps me be accountable because we work out together. But I have other people I work out and do yoga with as well.”

IT DOESN’T ALWAYS HAVE TO BE AT THE GYM.
“It’s taking a walk after dinner, going on a hike. It’s just being active, staying active every chance you can.”

PRACTICE MODERATION.
“Chocolate cake? Sometimes. Cheesecake? Sometimes. Panna cotta? Sometimes. Everything in moderation is fine. That’s how you should live life anyway.

EMPLOY A MIND MAP.
“I think it’s a great tool to just visualize what’s going on in your life, and the goals you’re trying to set for yourself. You place yourself at the center of the mind map, and then you have branches going out of everything you’re trying to accomplish in your day, and the different roles that you take on. When you’re able to see that on paper and visualize it, it actually helps you accomplish it.”
