Solenn Heussaff is just like the rest of us. Every now and then she also experiences feeling uninspired and stuck in a rut. When this happened to her in August, after seeing that she had five free days, she immediately booked a solo trip to Siem Reap, Cambodia!
During the short vacation, Sos made a conscious effort to disconnect from social media and reflect on herself and her life. While there, she met designer Eric Raisina and made and designed clothes with him. She wrote in her blog, "it was so amazing to get lost again in what I used to love doing." Spoiler: They're launching the collection in November!
At the end of the vlog, Solenn says she came back to Manila feeling refreshed and motivated. "It really helped me clear my mind and get motivated again and be on track again," she said. She also wrote, "If you have those days, like me, when you don’t feel okay—that’s okay. No matter how 'small' or 'big' your problem is, if you feel that you need some time to yourself, take that time. It’s never a bad thing to step away for a bit when you need to discover a little more of who you are or to find your passion again. Sometimes, time spent away from the road you’ve been used to running every single day is exactly what you need to get back on track."
