Siblings Solenn and Erwan Heussaff are no strangers to living on the go, which is why they always strive to push themselves over and above their own expectations. At the recent Samsung Unpacked event where the release of the Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, Gear S2, and the Gear VR was announced, the two gave tips on how to be the best version of you every day.
1. Go beyond your limits.
“I’m always going and pushing further,” said Erwan. An avid traveler, video producer, and restauranteur, Erwan always has his plate full, but his drive and his passion to do better keeps everything balanced.
2. Always be in the know.
Solenn never comes to a project unprepared. She studies all the products she endorses as well as the technology behind them. “I'm always interviewed… so I always check their backgrounds.” Having the right knowledge for the job keeps her confident in and outside the spotlight.
3. Have the proper tools.
Erwan lives a fast-paced life, which makes having the right kind of tools that keep him connected important. “(It’s about) making sure you have the right technology that will allow you to multi-task,” he explained. “While travelling, while producing videos, or while I’m at the restaurant… it’s always about having the right backing for whatever you want to do.” Having the proper tools can up your efficiency and keep you ahead of the game.
4. Be current.
“I’m always researching on new trends,” said Solenn. “I have a public image, so I need to always update my look, and be updated with other things.” Being aware of what’s new and what’s going on around you can give you the edge that you need to stand out from the crowd.
5. Be focused, organized, and disciplined.
Juggling tasks can be daunting, but Erwan knows that it’s possible. “I firmly believe that any one can do what they what to do as long as they put structure behind it,” he noted. It’s all about having the right mindset and putting the right amount of effort into each undertaking, without losing focus on what you want to achieve. It takes time and patience, but the fruits of your labor will definitely be worth the sacrifice.
