Shalani.jpgValenzuela City councilor Shalani Soledad has been confirmed as Willie Revillame’s new co-host on daily variety show Willing Willie on TV5 starting today, November 8, PEP.ph reports. The deal is reportedly sealed but whether or not she’s on trial or already on contract remains to be seen. This is a new foray for the politician although she’s had her share of the limelight as the ex-flame of President Noynoy Aquino.

Meanwhile, now that his term as vice president has ended, Noli de Castro returns to the TV screen this time as news program TV Patrol’s new anchor along with fellow veterans Korina Sanchez and Ted Failon. According to PEP.ph, current anchors Julius Babao and Karen Davila will now be joining late night news program Bandila alongside Ces Drilon.
