Anne Curtis may have made her peace regarding the latest club controversy reportedly involving her and several other well-known personalities, but actress and TV host Ruffa Gutierrez says that it would've been better if the matter was privately settled among the parties concerned.

(Well, first of all, it’s a good thing that I was not there that night. Second, Anne and everyone involved are my friends or acquaintances so I just hoped and wished that the issue never came out),” ABS-CBNNews.com quoted her as saying.

Ruffa has long been friends with Anne and says that she has told the actress to stay strong. She also hopes and prays that the young actress would overcome this ordeal.

“Ako, my heart goes to Anne. Feeling ko she doesn't deserve it. She already asked for forgiveness, humingi na siya ng tawad, tinanggap naman ng all parties involved (Personally, my heart goes to Anne. I feel like she doesn’t deserve it. She already asked for forgiveness and it was accepted by all parties involved.).”

Ruffa isn't the only celebrity to have Anne's back. Her Showtime co-host Vice-Ganda, ex-boyfriend Sam Milby, and close friend Luis Manzano also showed their support for the celebrity.
