Genesis star Rhian Ramos has denied the rumor that she snubbed Marian Rivera when the latter dropped by during the teleserye’s taping.

“No, walang isnaban na nangyari (No, there was no snubbing incident at all),” Rhian was quoted as saying in an article on PEP.ph. “In fact when she walked in and said 'h'i to everyone, and she brought food pa for everyone, I immediately got up and made her beso (kissed her on the cheek.).”

The rumor came about because Rhian wasn’t able to spend time with Marian, who visited her boyfriend Dingdong Dantes. Dingdong plays Rhian’s love interest in the teleserye.

“The thing is, we were sitting kasi waiting for a scene to start or waiting for the set to be ready, about the time that she came. Naging ready na din 'yung set (The set was also ready.). I had to change, I had to get ready for the scenes, stuff like that, so I just didn’t, you know…we didn’t have time to hang out,” she said. “And besides, hindi naman ako 'yung vinisit niya dun, di ba? Siyempre si Dong (And besides, I’m not the one she visited there, right? Of course she came for Dong.).”

The two Kapuso stars later dispelled the rumors by sticking together at the first birthday party of GMA reporter Aubrey Carampel’s child. The actresses reportedly sat beside each other on a table, and Rhian even posted a photo of her and Marian on her Instagram account.
