Motherhood suits Regine Velasquez very well. Her eyes light up whenever she talks about Nate, her one-year-old son with husband Ogie Alcasid, and she takes delight in taking several photos a day of her child, as is customary of a first-time mom.

“Nasa Instagram lahat. Documented lahat ng bonggang bongga,” she told FN during her cover shoot for Good Housekeeping’s May 2013 issue. “Kasi first eh, so lahat, pinipicturan mo. Kahit nanonood lang ng TV, nakatunganga, tapos weird lang 'yung expression (Everything’s on Instagram. Everything’s really documented there. He’s my first child, so I really take pictures of everything he does. Even when he’s just sitting there, watching TV, with a weird expression.).”
