A text message about an alleged sex video of former couple Rayver Cruz and Cristine Reyes has been circulating around the country recently. According to a report on ABS-CBNNews.com, the message read, “Scandal ni Rayver at Christine nasa [link to website] (Rayver and Christine’s scandal is at [link to website]) haha it’s so hot!”

However, Rayver has denied the existence of a sex video, saying that he feels that he and Cristine, who broke up in 2012, were probably only being used to spread a computer virus.

Ano ba kayo, syempre kung meron 'yon malamang nasa Facebook na 'yon o sa kung anuman. And saka virus 'yun eh, may link kasi. Pag kinlick mo baka ma-virus lang 'yung phone mo o ano (Of course, if there was, it’s probably already on Facebook or wherever. And it’s a virus, there’s a link. If you click it, your phone might get a virus or something),” he had said.

Hayaan mo, pag meron, papapanood ko sa'yo kaagad (Don’t’ worry, if such a video exists, I’ll make you watch it immediately!)!” he even joked.

Cristine’s current boyfriend, Derek Ramsay, is likewise unaffected by the news of his lady love’s alleged scandal.

“I got the text too. I just laughed about [sic] it. I didn't bother opening it. It is a blast text, I didn't bother opening it," ABS-CBNNews.com had quoted him as saying in another article.

"Even if there is [a video], it doesn't matter because past is past. That doesn't matter to me,” he added.
