Actor Rayver Cruz is looking forward to Cristine Reyes's ABS-CBN's upcoming teleserye, where she will play as Gerald Anderson's leading lady.

Rayver revealed on the Sunday talk show The Buzz that he’s excited for his girlfriend's new project. "Sinabi nga sa akin at excited ako sa pagsasamahan nilang dalawa (I heard about it, and I’m excited for their team-up)," Rayver was quoted as saying in an article by ABS-CBNNews.com.

Gerald likewise said that he sees nothing wrong in working with Cristine, despite the feud that she and Pop Princess Sarah Geronimo had over Rayver in 2010. Gerald later courted Sarah for a time, but he recently quit his pursuit of the singer-actress after he was reportedly discouraged by her parents.

"Wala po. Kumbaga hindi namin pinag-uusapan yan… Ang mahalaga sa akin ngayon is the future project na gagawin namin (There’s nothing wrong. We don’t discuss that. What’s important to me right now is the future of our project)," Gerald said.
