Meet Imee Lee, a full-time mom and an avid K-drama fan, who loves visiting the filming locations of her favorite Korean dramas.
Imee moved to South Korea in July 2018, a few months after marrying her Korean husband.
The Pinay mom has been a K-drama fan since 2009! “I remember po the first drama that I watched was Autumn in My Heart but yung [time na] sobrang na-hook ako sa K-drama, I think that was [in] 2009. Doon po ako nagsimulang mangarap na makapunta ng South Korea,” she shares in an interview with Summit Media. “That dream became [a] reality noong 2015. [I was able to fly to] South Korea, and the first drama that I visited yung My Love from the Star." Recently, she's also visited the filming locations of It’s Okay to Not Be Okay and Crash Landing on You.
“Whenever naho-hook po talaga ako sa isang Korean drama, talagang pinupuntahan ko yung mga filming locations nila kahit medyo malayo po kasi iba pa rin nga yung feeling na makita niyo kung saan sila nag-shoot.”
