Actor Paulo Avelino couldn't help but show his support for Bea Alonzo in the midst of her controversial split with Gerald Anderson. 

On July 26, Paulo straight up posted about "ghosting" on Twitter: "Na Bea Alonzo ka na ba bes? #ghosting"

In case you didn't know, "ghosting" is the term for suddenly being left in a relationship without any closure. 

Angel Locsin, who stars with Paulo in The General's Daughter, replied to the tweet: "Heneraaaaaal!!!!!"

Paulo played Heneral Gregorio "Goyo" del Pilar in the 2018 film Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral.  He cheekily replied with, "Hoy Darna! Literal ghost na ako dedz na si Heneral."

Paulo and Bea became good friends in the 2014 ABS-CBN prime-time series Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon and in the 2018 film Kasal. 

On July 26, Bea confirmed in an interview that she and Gerald had no formal breakup.
