People always say that motherhood really changes a person, and that once your baby is born, your darling angel will soon become the center of your world. Nikki Valdez, who is mom to four-year-old Olivia, seems to be in this exact state. In an interview with Good Housekeeping, the 34-year-old actress talks about how she spends time with her daughter, the most surprising thing about motherhood, as well as her proudest mommy moment.

An inspiration to moms everywhere, Nikki appears to have no trouble juggling being a mom and still being her own person. While her child, like most proud mamas, is still her number one priority, she doesn't forget to take care of herself.
