Ten days into January 2021, we already have another name to add to our celebrity bump watch. In case you missed it, Patrick and Nikka Garcia announced they are expecting baby no. 4!
In the couple's latest vlog, Patrick says of Nikka's pregnancy, "Siguro sa lahat naging pregnancies, dito siya pinaka-challenged ngayon."
Nikka agreed. "Nahihilo ako palagi. It's not just morning sickness but whole day sickness. Iba 'yong nausea ko dito. Iba 'yong food aversions."
As Patrick confirmed to viewers, Nikka has a high-risk pregnancy, and doctors have advised them to stay at home for now.
The couple also revealed they knew Nikka was pregnant already when they went to Boracay in late November 2020; however, they didn't know Nikka was going to get pregnant when they planned the Boracay trip.
"When we went to Boracay, we already knew na buntis na siya. Kaya lang we already planned Boracay before we found out. So no choice na kami but to go to the trip," Patrick said.
At the time, Nikka said, "Hindi pa gan'on ka grabe 'yong feeling ko. Na-enjoy ko naman."
But as soon as they returned to Manila, "D'on na nag-start 'yong nausea, whole day sickness, the vomiting, and everything else."
Nikka, though, remains optimistic her pregnancy symptoms will get better. "It's just a phase."
