Former reality show stars Melai Cantiveros and Jason Francisco are set to exchange vows in General Santos City, the comedienne's hometown.
"Nandito po kami ngayon sa General Santos City. Maayos naman po kami at may inaasikaso po para sa kasal (We're here in General Santos City. We're doing great, we're working on our wedding arrangements)," Melai was quoted by ABS-CBNNews.com as saying.
Jason added that he has already sought the blessing of Melai's parents.
"Tapos na, namanhikan na po. Inaayos na lang po yung kasal (I already went to her family. We're just working on our wedding plans)," he said.
Melai and Jason met--and fell in love--as housemates at the set of Pinoy Big Brother: Double Up in 2009. They broke up in February 2012 due to misunderstandings but eventually reconciled in May 2013, a separate ABS-CBNnews.com report said. On September 8, the couple confirmed that they're expecting a baby and that wedding plans were already underway.
