Motherhood suits Marian Rivera.

At The PEP List Year 2 press con where Marian and husband Dingdong Dantes were given the "Newsmaker of the Year" award, the 30-year old mestiza beauty shared her thoughts on being Dingdong's wife and their excitement at the arrival of their first baby.

"Iba ang buhay na may buntis at ang buhay asawa," she said. "Matagal ko nang inasam ang magka-pamilya–ang showbiz, parte na siya ng buhay ko pero ang pagkakaroon ng pamilya ang pangarap ko," she added.

According to the Kapuso star, she is still at the stage where she's experiencing morning sickness, but even so, she is happy with the blessing given to them. "Kaya kong tiisin kung magandang biyaya naman ang ibibigay."

When asked if she would allow their upcoming bundle of joy to get into showbiz, Marian said, "Gusto ko magaral muna siya. We’ll see. Baka naman gusto niya mag-doctor at hindi mag-artista."
