A month ago, we asked you to vote for the female celebrity whom you most want to shine this new year. Our poll is now closed, and we’re pleased to announce that Marian Rivera is the star the FNites most want to see this 2013, getting 258 out of the 406 total votes (63.54 percent)!

True enough, 2013 is surely shaping up to be Marian’s year. This much-loved GMA-7 leading lady started the year right by starring in two shows: Extra Challenge and Temptation of Wife. She also made waves by appearing on the covers of Women’s Health and FHM, garnering extra praise for finally gracing the latter magazine a few years after she topped its annual Sexiest Women of the World list. Watch for her this month, as she stars in a movie alongside Richard Gutierrez.
