Actress Liberty Ross has filed for divorce from her husband, Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, last January 25, TMZ.com reports.

This comes almost six months after Rupert was caught cheating on Liberty with Kristen Stewart, the star of the movie.

While Kristen was able to reconcile with her boyfriend Robert Pattinson, things didn’t work out as great for Rupert and Liberty.

According to TMZ, the couple tried to save their marriage by visiting a therapist, to no avail.

Liberty is seeking joint custody of their two children, who are five and seven years old. She is also asking for spousal support and attorney’s fees.

On the other hand, Rupert is requesting for joint custody and is willing to split the attorney’s fees with Liberty. However, he is not asking for spousal support.
