It seems that Kris Aquino is staying with the Kapamilya network, after all.

A lot of people thought that she was about to make a big network switch when she went to a dinner meeting with Tv5 Chairman Manny V. Pangilinan (MVP). The said rumor was further fueled by the fact that Kris hasn't yet renewed her contract with ABS-CBN, which had expired on October 2013.

The Queen of All Media, however, set the record straight on Instagram by saying that she has renewed her contract with ABS-CBN.

"My manager Deo Endrinal continued talks w/ our ABS bosses during the Christmas break & it is w/ much joy that I share w/ you that we have RENEWED my ABSCBN contract. I am grateful to my ABS CBN bosses, Sir Gabby, Ma'am Charo, and tita Cory for the trust, value & importance they have given me," part of the caption read.
