Kris Aquino says her children, Josh and Bimby, also get affected when rumors questioning her capability as a mother started surfacing.

“Siyempre, anak ko sila. Naapektuhan talaga sila,” she was quoted as saying in an article on PEP.ph. “Lalo na si Bimby, e, siyempre maka-mommy siya. 'Yun na lang ang sasabihin ko tungkol doon (Of course, because they’re my children. They’re really affected. Especially Bimby, since he’s close to his mommy. That’s all I can say about the issue.).”

The Philippines’ Queen of All Media is also planning to purchase a house for Josh so her family can live closer to her three sisters.“It’s in the same village kasi where my three sisters live. Kasi, para mas malapit na lang sa kanila,” she had said. “Madalas kasi na ang kids are left on their own, so kung malapit na lang kami, may nagtse-check sa kanila. Kasi, most of the time, meron akong work or shoot na two or three nights akong wala, so at least merong magbabantay (So that we can live closer to them. The kids are often left on their own, so if we live nearby, someone can check up on them. Most of the time, my work or my shoots have me spending two or three nights away from home, so at least someone can stay with them.).”

Kris also shared that her best friend, Ai-Ai delas Alas, is doing okay in her relationship with her boyfriend Jed Salang after rumors that she was beaten by her partner cropped up.

“Nagkita pa lang kami ni Ai nitong Tuesday… Okey naman siya. Kasama niya si Jed,” she revealed. “Mukha namang inaayos nila kung anuman ang pinagdaanan nila (I saw Ai this Tuesday… she seems okay. She was with Jed. It looks like they’re fixing whatever it is they’re currently going through.)”
