Kris Aquino may have been linked to numerous men in the past, but in an interview with Boy Abunda on Bandila, the Queen of All Media announced that she has stopped waiting and praying for a man to come into her life.

"Hindi ako naghihintay. Hindi ko na din siya ipinagdarasal. Pero malay natin i-surprise ako ni God. Pero okay lang kahit wala. Ayaw kong maging selfish kasi mabait na si God sa akin (I am not waiting. I am no longer praying for him, either. But you never know, God might surprise me. But it’s okay if there isn’t anyone. I don’t want to be selfish because God has already been good to me)," she was quoted as saying in an article on ABS-CBNNews.com.

For now, Kris is happy and content with her sons Joshua and James "Bimby" Yap Jr.

"Wala na (akong wish). Huwag lang akong kunin ni Lord ng masyadong maaga. Okay lang sa akin to die young before but now I want to see my grandchildren with Bimby (I no longer wish for anything. I just hope that God won't take me too early. I used to be okay with dying young, but now I want to see my grandchildren with Bimby)," she said.
