Kim Chiu and Xian Lim have definitely become closer ever since they starred together in the teleserye My Binondo Girl. Now that the two are being paired again for the series Ina, Kapatid, Anak, Kim says that their bond has only gotten stronger.

"Kaming dalawa, siguro mas naging close kami ngayon," Kim was quoted as saying during the press conference for Ina, Kapatid, Anak in an article by PEP.ph.

The actress adds that Xian also has a penchant for giving her gifts. "... nagbigay siya ng gift kahit wala namang okasyon. Gaya 'nung binigyan niya ako ng bag na pink na Prada (He gives gifts even if there’s no special occasion, like that time when he gave me a pink Prada bag)," Kim shares.

Kim also confirmed that she feels she has become special to Xian, especially since the actor would go out of his way to visit her family.

"Tinatrato niyang espesyal yung buong pamilya ko. Nung magkaroon siya ng mall show sa Cebu, sabi niya gusto niyang dalawin yung lola ko doon (He treats my whole family specially. When he had a mall show in Cebu, he told me that he wanted to visit my grandmother there)," the actress reveals.

"Nakakatuwa naman," Kim says. "Pero sana hindi siya magsawa (It makes me happy. But I hope he won’t get tired of doing it.)."
