Kendall Jenner looked like an absolute princess when she walked down the red carpet of the 2018 Golden Globes in L.A. wearing a black Giambattista Valli haute couture gown in support of the Time's Up movement.
But when photos of the 22-year-old supermodel blew up online, people criticized her for showing up to the awards with less than perfect skin.
Support for Kendall, however, outweighed the negativity. One such supporter was Twitter user @yellowcustards who wrote:
"Ok but @KendallJenner showing up and strutting her acne while looking like a gorgeous star is what every girl needs to understand."
This post was then retweeted by Kendall with her writing the best clap back to all her haters, saying: "Never let that shit stop you!"
Kendall has always been open about her battle with acne. Years ago, she wrote about her acne struggles on her blog (which has since been deleted):
"I had such bad acne when I was younger. It completely ruined my self-esteem—I wouldn't even look at people when I talked to them. I felt like such an outcast; when I spoke, it was with my hand covering my face."
