KC Concepcion says she’s not yet ready to commit to her French suitor Pierre Emmanuel Plassart, even if he apparently has all the qualities she’s looking for in a potential boyfriend.

"I've decided na rin na na ayoko munang i-push through, kasi hindi pa ako ganoong ka-ready,” she was quoted as saying during an interview on ABS-CBNNews.com. “Pero ang sweet niya, ang bait niya, sobrang lambing, nasa kanya naman yung mga hinihingi ko, pero it's just that ayoko muna maging serious talaga (I’ve decided to not push through with it first because I’m not yet that ready. But he’s sweet, kind, very affectionate, he’s everything I asked for, but it’s just that I don’t want to get serious first.)."

KC also revealed that Pierre spent the past Christmas with her family and that they were still at the “getting to know” stage.

"I'm very open to getting to know people,” she had said. “Ayoko pa pong maging seryoso talaga, at very honest po ako sa kahit na sinong ma-date ko o makilala ko, that I don't want to be so serious yet. Totoo po 'yon (I really don’t want to get serious with anyone yet, and I’m very honest to anyone I’d date or meet that I don’t want to be so serious yet. It’s true.)."

"Kung meant naman po, meant,” she added. “Kahit ano naman pong pagpa-plano natin, at the end of it, 'pag maramdaman mo na... Siguro hindi ko pa nararamdaman (If it’s meant to be, then it’s meant to be. No matter how much we plan, at the end of the day, when you feel it…maybe I just haven’t felt it yet.)."
