KC Concepcion recently rekindled her romance with her French boyfriend Pierre Emmanuel Plassart and they've been spending time in his 600-year-old family home in France. KC posted a picture of her playing with the family dog and wrote, "I've never felt so at home in a 600-year-old house until now. A house, no matter how big or how old, how small or how new, becomes a HOME when filled with love, laughter, family get-togethers, conversations, jokes, home cooked meals, great wine, & just happy memories all around. Don't you agree?"
KC also posted a couple pic with Pierre and gushed about their second chance at love. "Hey, you came back to me, unexpectedly, this is crazy," she wrote.
KC has been in France since the end of August, when she flew in for Pierre Emmanuel's birthday.

She doesn't seem to be the only one smitten, as family and friends have been posting messages of love and support online. In one post, Lea Salonga joked, "I expect a save the date in the mail. Thanks." And even mom Sharon Cuneta has written on Instagram that she has given her "full approval, with all my heart and soul."
