Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz has candidly talked about his relationship with Angelica Panganiban in a recent interview with Buzz ng Bayan. According to a report from ABS-CBNNews.com, the celebrity heartthrob says that he and his girlfriend “really get along.”

“We really get along. Marami kaming bagay na gusto. Magkaibigan kasi kami. Sa isa’t isa, sobrang steady lang kami. Happy lang kami (We really get along. We both like a lot of things because we're friends. We're just steady, happy),” the actor was quoted as saying.

John Lloyd admitted, however, that they also have arguments, just like any other couple.

“Ako lang naman ang madalas tumataas ang boses kapag nadadala ako emotionally. Pero kaya naming mag-usap, kahit anong bagay (I sometimes end up raising my voice when I'm very emotional. But we can talk things through),” he shared.

Despite having misunderstandings every now and then, the actor remains positive about their relationship.

“It’s a very promising relationship. Madami siyang pinanghahawakan. Palalim siya nang palalim. Maganda siya (We hold on to a lot of things, and it gets deeper and deeper. It's beautiful.). It’s a beautiful relationship. It’s a journey.”

In a separate interview, Angelica Panganiban jokingly mentioned that she might tie the knot next year if John Lloyd would propose to her.
