We have to admit, we were quite surprised when actress Angel Locsin admitted on national TV that she still "has feelings" for her ex-boyfriend Luis Manzano, who broke up with Jennylyn Mercado a couple of months ago.
When asked about the recent developments in her ex-boyfriend's love life, Jennylyn merely said that while she does not have an opinion on the issue, she doesn't have regrets about her relationship with Luis, either.
“I have nothing to do with that. Bahala na 'yung mga tao. Pero out na ako... Wala akong pinagsisihan. Hindi naman siguro kami pagtatagpuin ng pagkakataon kung walang reason, 'di ba (It's up to the people, but I'm not part of it... I have no regrets. We wouldn't have ended up together for no reason at all, right?)?” the actress was quoted by PEP.ph as saying.
“Siguro kailangan ko lang na... siguro binigyan lang ako ng liwanag ng Diyos para makita ko kung anu-ano yung mga bagay-bagay o kung ano yung mga mangyayari. So, para sa akin, mabuti na yung gano'n. Okey lang sa akin (I probably needed something... I was probably given a sign to see what's really happening around me. So, for me, it was all for the best. Everything's okay),” she adds.
The actress also shares that she's happy that all the negative rumors about her breakup were finally laid to rest.
“At least ngayon, malinaw na sa mga tao na alam na nila. Hindi ko na kailangang magpaliwanag. Alam ko namang matatalino ang mga tao, hindi na kailangang pag-isipan pa. Kaya nga hindi na ako nagsalita, e. Hinayaan ko na lang ma-realize lahat (At least now, everything's clear. I no longer need to explain myself. I know people are smart, and they will be able to figure things out. That's why I didn't speak up. I just waited for people to realize what was happening.).”
