Justin Bieber is in legal hot water again after allegedly smashing a Houston, Texas man's cellphone to pieces at a club.

The "Baby" singer spotted Robert Earl Morgan taking cellphone photos at Cle nightclub last month and reportedly grabbed the device.

According to his $100,000 (£69,000) lawsuit, Morgan claims the phone's SIM card, which was never returned to him, contained important family moments, including snaps from his grandmother's 100th birthday celebrations.

He alleges the phone grab and smash also cost him business as it wiped out his contacts and has also eaten into his commission as a budding photographer, according to TMZ.

Bieber has yet to respond to the latest lawsuit hanging over him.
