No, Gerald Anderson is not yet a dad, but he does say that he hopes to have a child by age 30. In an interview with ABS-CBNNews.com, the Dyesebel star confesses that he has always wanted to have a large family.

“By 30, isa sana and then by 32 may isa pa. Gusto ko apat eh, I want a big family (By 30, I'd like to have one kind and then by 32 another. I want four children, I want a big family),” he was quoted as saying.

At the moment, however, Gerald is more focused on furthering his career. “Hindi pa [namin pinag-uusapan] kasi sobrang focused kami sa pamilya namin at sa kung ano 'yung meron kami ngayon (We haven't talked about it because we're so focused on our families and on what we have now.),” he says, referring to girlfriend Maja Salvador.

“Hindi pa. Ang dami pa naming goals sa buhay. Pero siyempre one day kasama iyan sa mga pangarap na magkapamilya but 'yun 'yung mga later dreams ko pa (Not yet. We still have a lot of goals in life. But of course, one day, having a family is part of my future, but that's for my later dreams.).”

Looks like this Kapamilya actor has his priorities straight!
