What’s not to love about Ian Veneracion? He’s a loving family man, a sports enthusiast, he never ages, and he’s the new ambassador for Primera Light Brandy.
During the press con, he was asked about his relationship with his co-star Jodi Sta. Maria and he revealed that they are really good friends adding that they talk about anything, “from relationships to philosophy, down to the simplest things. I’m very comfortable talking to her.” The 41-year old hunk also said that he and Jodi gave each other advice, “Lagi naman napag-uusapan yung different points of view ng isang man and woman. So sometimes, we end up disagreeing, but that’s fine–we don’t have to always agree with each other.”
When asked if his leading lady ever opened up to him about her love life, his simple answer was, “Of course,”—yet he didn’t divulge anything about that topic. “The respect is there, we respect each other,” ending it with a nervous laugh and the ever famous, “No comment” comment.
Even with his busy career, Ian Veneracion makes sure he spends time with his family. “The most important role I have is being a father and secondary na lang yung career ko.” He also added that he and his kids take time to bond through outdoor sports, “whether it’s paragliding or motorcycle rides, we always find a way to talk and spend time together.”
