Heart Evangelista is going digital! The actress has been dropping hints about her latest venture via her IG stories earlier this month, and she finally confirmed the news in a recent Instagram post: “My team and I are working on our new online home and it’s been so fun creating content. I can’t wait to share the finished project with you!”
We recently caught up with our ultimate fashion and beauty peg during the relaunch of her lipstick collection with local brand Happy Skin, and of course we just had to ask her about her new project. Here’s what we know so far about her new venture:
Heart is launching both a website and a YouTube page
“I’ll be writing and doing vlogs—travel vlogs, especially. Even [vlogs from] past trips that I’ve already edited. I’ll also be sharing a lot of photos from my past and recent trips,” she shared. Not a lot of people know this, but Heart actually loves compiling videos from her trips and editing them herself!
Of course, being the beauty-obsessed girl that she is, expect to see more makeup tutorials and beauty-themed content from Heart.
Heart’s website and YouTube channel have been in the works for quite some time now
“We’ve been working on it for a long time—maybe over a year! We also wanted to wait for certain products. Kasi we wanted a curated site where you can buy stuff, like my bags. I was also waiting for my clutch line, so we can launch it there,” she said.
Heart is super excited to share more of her behind-the-scenes life with her viewers
“[My fans] only see what I post on Instagram—the clothes, the fashion. With my new platforms, everyone will get to see more of what goes on behind the scenes. Mga tiis-ganda moments, mga “the struggle is real” moments—all of that!”
Heart is the first celebrity to have her limited-edition collection relaunched with local makeup brand Happy Skin. Her original collection launched two years ago with mini-lipsticks and lipliners. This time around, two of the shades come as full-sized lipsticks: Skinny Dipping (a beautiful everyday nude) and Hearthrob (a gorgeous bold red).
