Rumor has it that actress Heart Evangelista was snubbed by her mom, Cecilia Ongpauco.
According to an article from PEP.ph, Heart saw her mom in Greenbelt during the holiday season. She approached her mom in for a kiss, but the Ongpauco matriarch was reported to have rebuffed her instead.
While Heart did not deny the said incident, she refused to elaborate on it further. She addeed that she has already accepted the fact that she won't be able to iron things out with her mom soon.
“So I’ve learned to accept it. I just prayed na okay din sila sa kanilang mundo, and I just pray for God’s will. Kasi, at this point, I really don’t know what to pray for anymore. But, I’m better. I got to a point na, you know, I’ve accepted, I’ve done my part,” the actress was quoted by PEP.ph as saying.
The Kapuso actress's parents have vocally expressed their disapproval toward Heart's current boyfriend, Sen. Chiz Escudero, which resulted in an explosive family feud in 2013.
