We know Heart Evangelista as many things: an actress, painter, trendsetter (who wears designer clothes even to the grocery). All these and more make her such a prominent figure and a household name in show business. But being that recognizable comes at a cost. Naturally, she can't just appear in a public place without people flocking over to her. Still, that wasn't going to stop Heart from exploring!

The actress even had a creative solution for going incognito in a very public place: She wore a face mask and a baseball cap to cover her face. But of course, Heart being the fashion girl that she is, it still didn't compromise her style—she completed her laidback off-duty look with a graphic white T-shirt, light denim jeans, and a leopard print jacket tied around her waist.
