Heart Evangelista has made a lot of waves this year, with her parents’ vocal disapproval of her beau, Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero, resulting in a massive family rift. Still, she stuck by her choices and proved to everyone that she’s come a long way from being the shallow, kikay Missy of her Gimik days. Within a few months, she was able to move into a new house, learn how to manage her finances, and start to really think about the career decisions she made: life-changing moves that made her smarter and better in all the right ways.
