In an exclusive interview on ABS-CBN's TWBA, host Boy Abunda brought up that during her previous guesting, when asked about her relationship status, Erich Gonzales made a statement that left us all curious: “Single but not available.”
Naturally, everyone kept anticipating that she'd make a big reveal soon. However, when asked about how her heart's doing, Erich chose not to answer, opting instead to keep her relationship status private. “Alam niyo po, Tito Boy, habang tumatanda pala tayo, dumarating tayo sa punto na, gusto natin ng tahimik na lang na buhay, na kung ano ‘yung sa'yo, ‘yung personal mong buhay, sa’yo na lang kasi puwede naman pala ‘yun. May choice ka.”
Erich is turning 28 in September, and has been in the showbiz industry for 14 years.
Boy Abunda of course respected her decision, and pointed out that he loves that she took a stand. "You have my respect," he said.

While the Gossip Girl in each of is admittedly a little sad about this development, it's only understandable for the Siargao actress to prefer to keep her love life private and away from intrigue. It can be remembered that she went through a highly publicized breakup with Daniel Matsunaga in February 2017. In a previous interview, also on TWBA, Erich shared that she has already managed to forgive her ex-boyfriend and has since moved forward. "Life goes on," she said.
Erich has been very busy with her ABS-CBN Primetime series, Blood Sisters and her upcoming action film entry for this year’s Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino, We Will Die Tonight.
More power to you, girl!
