Emilia Clark can't stop gushing about her Game of Thrones co-stars Jason Momoa and Michiel Huisman's "fabulous" manhood and "perfect bottom".

The actress, who portrays Daenerys Targaryen in the hit fantasy TV series, spent much of the first season of the show naked with her onscreen husband, played by Jason, and the cheeky Brit admits she did catch a glimpse of his penis in between filming.

"I saw his member," she quipped to the May issue of Glamour magazine. "It was covered in a fluffy pink sock. Showing it (onscreen) would make people feel bad. It's too fabulous."

Game of Thrones producers have faced some criticism over the amount of female nudity on the show, an adaptation of George R. R. Martin's book series of the same name, but Emilia has no qualms about the saucy scenes, because she's had her fair share of naked love interests too.


"I want to bring your memory back to Mr. Michiel Huisman and I copulating for the first time, which began with me saying, 'Take off your clothes', and then you got to see his perfect bottom," the 29-year-old smiled.

Emilia is also happy to learn 40 per cent of the series' audience is made up of women.

"I love that so many women watch the show," she said. "If you look at Game of Thrones on face value - blood, t**s, dragons, swearwords - you're like, 'Oh, this must be for guys'. But if you take that away, the storylines are fascinating depictions of the struggle for power. And women are in on that conversation."

As for her character Daenerys' future storyline, Emilia has a few ideas she'd like the show's writers to consider - and they involve more nude men.

"I want to see Daenerys and her three dragons share the throne," she mused. "Eat goat they've barbecued. And bring back all the pretty boys, get them to take their trousers down, and be like, 'I'm now the queen of everything! I'd like close-ups of all the boys' penises, please'."
