Actor Dingdong Dantes, who was in Malaysia to promote the teleserye Endless Love, reacted to rumors of girlfriend Marian Rivera being pregnant in a phone patch on Showbiz Central, PEP.ph reports.

According to the rumors, someone allegedly congratulated Dingdong as he was working out at the gym. "Nung lumabas yun, nung sinabi may nag-congratulate sa akin, wala talaga akong naaalalang may nagsabi sa akin," he is quoted as saying. "And siguro pinakamalayo sa imahinasyon ko na mangyari yun dahil it’s a topic na we don’t talk about in the gym. (When the rumors came out that someone had congratulated me, I really couldn't remember anyone saying that to me. And I can't even imagine it happening because it's a topic we don't talk about in the gym.)"

The actor added that his sister is currently pregnant with her second child, which means that, if someone ever did congratulate him, it would be for that reason. Marian also mentioned this fact when she squashed the rumor in a previous PEP.ph interview.

Dingdong clarified that pregnancy itself wasn't a bad topic; it was just that he and Marian were content with what they have now. "You know what? Everything in God’s time," he said of the possibility of having a child with his girlfriend of nearly three years.
