Apparently, the couple's target deadline for the completion of their rest house is in December.

Dennis mentioned the rest house when PEP.ph asked him about a Christmas tradition that he's looking forward to this year.

He said, "'Yung Christmas celebration lagi naman 'yan kasama yung buong pamilya.

He then clarified that it's a joint investment between him and Jennylyn.

"Yes, sa amin ni Jen," Dennis revealed.

Since then, the cafe had adjusted to the ever-changing quarantine restrictions for restaurants.

But eventually, they decided to halt the café operations.

Nevertheless, the couple remains optimistic about pursuing other investments.

"Isa 'yon sa mga natutunan namin. Lahat naghihirap.

Dennis on New Business With Jennylyn

On the day PEP.ph had an interview with Dennis, he and Jennylyn inked a deal for their new business together.

Jennylyn's caption read, "A new family business is in the works! Revealing soon!"

When asked about it, Dennis simply said that they will be updating their followers very soon.

With regard to taking risks, Dennis pointed out, "Subok lang nang subok.
