Denise Laurel celebrated her 30th with a post-birthday trip to the Maldives with her good friend, Francesca Litton. She is absolutely thrilled to have finally reached her dream destination.
She writes in her post, "Everything out here is unreal!
"U don't need anything for the photos! #maldives
"Thank you God for the chance to visit paradise.
"I've been waiting to come here since 2004."
But aside from enjoying the sand and sea, the Kapamilya actress took some time from her South Asian island escape to show all the moms out there that they shouldn't be embarassed by the "imperfections" of their bodies. As a proud single mom to Alejandro, she doesn't make any effort at hiding what her body has been through.
She continues in her post, "And yes, I'm a mom. I got folds and stretch marks. It's ME!"
An hour after posting her bikini OOTD, the post reached over 15,337 likes.
Since her post, other women have been sharing pictures of themselves truly embracing their bodies. The actress couldn't be more thrilled, and encourages more women to do the same.
