The Department of Justice recently released lookout bulletin orders for Cedric Lee and Deniece Cornejo, which would supposedly alert the Bureau of Immigration in case they decide to leave the country.
Now, according to GMA News, Deniece Cornejo’s camp is asking the same for alleged rapist Vhong Navarro, reports PEP.ph.
“I think it’s just just na harapin din ni Vhong Navarro, siguraduhin din na haharapin niya ang kasong rape na laban sa kanya (I think it’s only fair that Vhong Navarro face the rape case against him),” says Deniece’s lawyer Atty. Howard Calleja.
“So, kung nakitang ipinaskil ang mga kliyente ko, e, dapat ipaskil din 'yung picture niya sa lahat na siya rin ay may kaso ng rape para patas lang (So if the public sees my client’s face displayed everywhere, to make it fair, his face should be up, too, because he has a rape case),” he adds.
In a strange turn of events, PEP.ph also reports that the condo unit Deniece is supposedly staying at is, in fact, not hers. It is owned by a certain Soledad Ramos who is only renting it out to a Malaysian national named Greg Binunos. According to Ramos’s legal counsel, Atty. Jonas Castro, his client has no connection to Deniece.
