American Idol Season 7 runner-up David Archuleta will be arriving in Manila on January 13 to start shooting a primetime series for TV5, PEP.ph reports. He will be acting alongside actresses Jasmine Curtis-Smith and Eula Caballero.

The two ladies appeared on Paparazzi: Showbiz Exposed on January 8, expressing their excitement over working with David. "We're honored po na makapares si David sa isang show kasi for us, it's an impossible thought or dream," Jasmine is quoted as saying.

Jasmine's last show on TV5 was an adaptation of Ang Utol Kong Hoodlum in 2011. Meanwhile, Eula was last seen in the Metro Manila Film Festival entry Yesterday Today Tomorrow.
