On July 26, Dani Barretto clapped back at a basher who told her to stay out out of the controversy surrounding her sister Julia Barretto.
In case you missed it, Julia's name is being dragged into Gerald Anderson and Bea Alonzo's alleged breakup after Bea liked the photos of Gerald and Julia hanging out together outside a club at Bonifacio Global City. Bea also started uploading cryptic posts on Instagram.
Amid the controversy, Julia posted a cheeky photo of her looking somewhat calm and relaxed, while drinking a cup of coffee on her Instagram account on July 25.
She captioned the photo: "The difference between coffee and their opinion is—I asked for coffee."
"That's my girl!!" commented Dani, naturally supporting her sister.
Meanwhile, a basher replied: "@danibarretto wag ka sasali sa usapang magaganda [laughing emojis]"
Dani didn't let the comment pass and responded: "@whatsupbee143 eh bakit nandito ka? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Feel mo maganda ka? Ugali mo nga ang panget eh. Mukha mo pa kaya [laughing emojis]. Girl, i have all the right to comment. I'm her ate," sasy Dani. "And i was there! You? What right do you have? Who the hell are you even? HAHAHAHA get a life, seriously. [kiss emoji]"
As of writing, Julia has disabled comments on her Instagram account.
On July 22, Dani denied claims that Gerald and Julia were "flirting" at Rayver Cruz's birthday party. Dani was also at the same party with her husband Xavi Panlilio. According to the blogger, it's only normal for Gerald and Julia to remain friends after starring in the film Between Maybes last May.
In an interview last June, Julia also denied claims that there is something going on between herself and Gerald.
